About Us
Outside Cleaners, LLC is a local Cape Cod family business: husband, wife, and (sometimes) son make their living through this venture. It's just us: no other employees, part-timers, or "subs."
We live here in East Brewster year-round, right on Route 6A. Our exterior cleaning business enables us to take advantage of all that this amazing part of the world has to offer.
Being truly local, we know the importance of doing all we can to care for our environment and local community. We go
way out of our way to work in a manner which is responsible and to support local businesses and charitable organizations which help make this place so special.
Nate Church
There aren't many structures that I haven’t cleaned over the years: buildings of all sorts, swimming pools, tennis courts, statues, oyster nurseries, gravestones, industrial fuel tanks, semi-trailers, church steeples.... When I moved to Cape Cod in 2010, I found there was a local demand for a reputable exterior cleaning service. "Outside Cleaners LLC" was born.
Without realizing it, you've probably seen many examples of my work. I've cleaned many local condos, historic homes, local storefronts, museums, etc. Though I now stay here on Cape Cod, I’ve previously cleaned cedar, slate, and asphalt roofs in six states.
Leah Church
Leah was born and raised here on the Cape and joined Outside Cleaners LLC in 2014. While Nate does the cleaning, Leah does most everything else including returning calls, processing estimates, coordinate the cleaning schedule, and helping Nate use his iPhone correctly.
Leah is often our customers' primary point of contact. If you have a question about a job, need a work proposal, certificates of insurance, etc, Leah is here to help.
Alex
Alex is 17 going on 29. He's been around the cleaning business since he was 5, so Alex knows more about exterior cleaning than most adults ever will.
An avid chef and concert-goer, Alex now only rarely graces Nate with his assistance on the job site, at which time he
reminds Nate not to overthink things.

Today, we specialize not only in cleaning roofs but also clean all variety of decks, patios, and siding. Our customers include homeowners, property managers, rental agencies, realtors, painting contractors, and landlords. We deal with customers in person, by phone, email, video chat, and text. Yes, we do accept credit cards.
Despite what you may hear elsewhere, there is no single “best” cleaning method for every situation, and so we continue to offer multiple cleaning methods including
soft washing, power washing , and passive (“eco”) washing. We sort through the options to find the right solution for our customer’s cleaning needs.
Outside Cleaners is
Cape & Islands Green Certified, which recognizes our efforts to combine good business practices with environmental initiatives, as well as certified by the Professional Roof Cleaners Association.
Outside Cleaners is a family business. This isn’t a hobby for us, or a part-time job; it’s our lives. Our reputation is our livelihood. As such, we’re not happy until our customer is happy.
